As our Support Specialist, you’ll be the first line of connection: answering questions, solving problems, and making sure every learner and teacher feels seen, supported, and successful.
What you’ll do
Provide fast, thoughtful support across email, chat, and in-app channels.
Solve real user problems — from account setup to session scheduling to wallet questions.
Advocate for users — collecting feedback, spotting patterns, and sharing insights with the product team.
Create and maintain help articles and FAQs to empower users to help themselves.
Collaborate with community, product, and growth teams to continuously improve the user journey.
Turn support into delight — making every interaction personal, positive, and human.
You might be a fit if
You have 1+ years experience in customer support, success, community management, or a similar user-facing role.
You write clear, kind, human messages — even when things go wrong.
You’re comfortable solving problems independently — but you know when to escalate.
You’re tech-savvy — you pick up new platforms and workflows fast.
You genuinely enjoy helping people and making them feel confident.
Nice to have (but not required)
Experience supporting marketplace, community, or edtech products.
Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, or similar.
Ability to write lightweight support documentation (FAQs, help guides).
