• Own the product roadmap for key parts of SkillSwap — from idea to execution.

• Deeply understand our users — their goals, pain points, and motivations.

• Prioritize ruthlessly — balancing speed, quality, and business impact.

• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and leadership.

• Define success metrics — and use data + user feedback to iterate fast.

• Think long-term, act short-term — laying the foundations for the platform we dream about while delivering real value today.
  
  

You might be a fit if

• You have 2+ years experience in product management (startup or growth stage).

• You are user-obsessed — constantly putting real humans at the center of decisions.

• You love working with small, high-ownership teams.

• You know when to ship fast and when to sweat the details.

• You can communicate clearly — across tech, design, marketing, and leadership.

• You thrive in ambiguity and create clarity for others.

• Experience building marketplaces, networks, or platforms.

• Background in edtech, creator tools, or community-driven products.
