Deeply understand our users — their goals, pain points, and motivations.
Prioritize ruthlessly — balancing speed, quality, and business impact.
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and leadership.
Define success metrics — and use data + user feedback to iterate fast.
Think long-term, act short-term — laying the foundations for the platform we dream about while delivering real value today.
You might be a fit if
You have 2+ years experience in product management (startup or growth stage).
You are user-obsessed — constantly putting real humans at the center of decisions.
You love working with small, high-ownership teams.
You know when to ship fast and when to sweat the details.
You can communicate clearly — across tech, design, marketing, and leadership.
You thrive in ambiguity and create clarity for others.
You’re excited about peer-to-peer learning, future of education, or platform thinking.
Nice to have (but not required)
Experience building marketplaces, networks, or platforms.
Background in edtech, creator tools, or community-driven products.
Technical literacy (you don’t need to code, but you should talk to engineers comfortably).
