Collaborate with product and design teams to align growth initiatives with platform experience.
Build SkillSwap’s brand presence on social, SEO, partnerships, and emerging channels.
You might be a fit if
You have 3+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition roles.
You’re hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO platforms, CRM/email automation.
You have a strong analytical mindset — you measure, test, and optimize everything.
You’re creative with messaging, content, and positioning.
You’re comfortable in a startup environment: fast decisions, bold experiments, ownership culture.
You believe growth isn't just about numbers — it’s about people.
Nice to have (but not required)
Experience growing marketplace or community platforms.
Skills in content marketing, copywriting, or basic design tools (Canva, Figma, etc).
International growth experience — SkillSwap is global by design.
